Factory Pre-finished
The biggest benefit of a pre-finish floor is that you do not have the sanding process completed in your home. There is only a minimum amount of dust made when installing the floor.A prefinished floor is one of which the finish is applied at the factory. Most (but not all) laminated products are prefinished, and some solid wood products are available prefinished.
Several finish options are available in prefinished products, including ultraviolet cured urethane, moisture-cured urethane, and seal and wax.
